Battle rages for second Force India drive

With a number of drivers in the running for the second seat at Force India and the severe limit on testing hampering their ability to evaluate all candidates, the team have decided to make the contest a fight to the death. Bruno Senna was knocked out in the first round after Kamui Kobayashi karate chopped him in the throat. Jules Bianchi then beat the Japanese driver with an horrendous tackle below the belt. Sebastian Buemi was also knocked out after a vicious roundhouse kick to the face by Jaime Alguersuari, who in turn was eliminated after a clever uppercut by James Rossiter. However, Rossiter was later disqualified after an illegal tackle on one of his own mechanics.

The focus then turned to the late entries in the form of Heikki Kovalainen and Tim O'Glock who managed to wipe each other out of the running after the force of their combined headbutt left them unable to compete. This unfortunate incident left Adrian Sutil clear to challenge Bianchi in the final. Sutil, fresh from his shattering victory over Eric Lux, is the bookmakers’ favourite to win the duel because of his track record of violence and obvious drinking problem. In fact he was recently spotted purchasing a box of champagne glasses - presumably pre-empting his victory...
